We offer high quality services to our societies using our state of the art Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. We offer affordable payroll services to our societies whereby reports such as a summary of income details, deduction details as well as individual payslips are produced. We also offer automated bookkeeping services to our societies via the ERP system. The system produces high quality and accurate Trial Balances, Statements of financial position, Statements of comprehensive income reports. In addition, we have customized Coffee Management System (CMS) software for our societies; that is responsible for managing coffee from the harvest point, to the point where the coffee is sold and the farmers are allocated their money. The societies use this system locally to weigh coffee produce from shambas, after which a receipt is issued. Once the weighed produce is sold, the system generates payment to farmers.
